The object of Topsy Turvy is to bust as many balls as possible in
each 60-second round by clicking on clusters of three or more
in the same color. The more balls in a cluster, the more points you get.
As you click, more balls enter the chamber. If you see a cluster
of colored balls, don't wait too long... or the chamber will go
"topsy turvy" and rotate on you. If you can clear the balls -- or
at least keep them from reaching the top of the chamber -- you'll
advance to the next level.
